Once you place your order please contact us at paragon.gems07@gmail.com or our Instagram page. Screenshot your order and let us know what name you would like, up to 10 letters. You can also add a heart in the beginning or end of the name please specify or we will assume you do not want it.
All orders are hand made and 100% customized and personalized for you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any custom work to be finished, once done you will receive a notification with your shipping information.
There is no returns on any custom pieces, if there is a manufacture defect we will make sure you are taken care of and 100% satisfied
