Processing orders may take 1-3 days, please keep in mind custom orders may take up to 15-20 business days. Any back ordered items may take 7-10 business before shipping. Operating days are Monday-Friday, ParagonGems is not responsible for any orders lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for further assistance if this may occur. Once your order is placed the address cannot be changed or updated, contact us to cancel your order and place your order again with the correct address. Every order is hand selected and double inspected to maintain high quality control, we will never send you a broken or defective product. Furthermore Paragongems is not responsible for any replacements or repairs once its received and confirmed in acceptable condition.
