Refund policy
Refund Eligibility:
ParagonGems offers returns within 3 days of receiving your order. The only time an item can be returned/exchanged is in the unlikely event we send out the wrong item, or the wrong size was processed. There are sizing guides to mitigate the chance of picking the wrong size. All sales are final including in stock and custom orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Buyer also needs receipt or proof of purchase. custom/heavily discounted orders are non refundable, Working days are Monday - Friday so please be patient if any emails are sent over the weekend.
Refund Process:
To start a return, you can contact us via email at Paragon.gems07@gmail.com. ParagonGems will provide buyer with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to ParagonGems without request of refund or approval will not be accepted, and refund will not be provided. For approvals the buyer will be automatically refunded via original payment method. Processing time via buyers bank or credit card company is the company's sole responsibility and ParagonGems is not responsible for the length of their process.
Warranty Policy:
ParagonGems has a 30 day policy which covers fallen stones and plating/fading issues. Their should be no issues if worn properly, kept dry and stowed away correctly. In the instance that your product may fade it would be covered in our 30 day policy. Anything after that will not be covered. Keep items away from water, moisture, creams & chemicals to ensure your product does not fade.
